Milk Thistle Cut

Milk thistle is a plant with a purple thorny flower that contains black seeds and green leaves with white "veins" and is found mainly in Mediterranean countries. Its health benefits have been known since ancient times.

Milk thistle contains flavonoids, quercetin and vitamin E.
