Our store can serve customers from all over Greece in the following ways:

ELTA Courier (for Greece only)

For orders up to € 59.99, the charge is € 3.50

For orders from 60,00 € and above FREE SHIPPING.

In case you have chosen COD as a method of payment, the cost is an additional € 2.00 per order.

COLLECTION FROM THE STORE

You have the opportunity to order the products you are interested in by phone or from our Online store and pick them up from our store at 7 Idis Street, Heraklion, Crete 71201.

GENERAL

If the product you have chosen is ready to be delivered to you, we will deliver it within 3 working days for all destinations, except for island and inaccessible areas. If the product you have chosen has been sold out or is not ready for delivery, then you will be informed by www.pervolarakis1924.gr about the date of delivery and shipping or exchange with a similar product. In remote or inaccessible areas the delivery can be completed in up to 5 working days. (Otherwise you will be informed).

FORCE MAJEURE

If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the predetermined time we will inform you by phone or e-mail, in order to tell us if you wish, In these circumstances, the completion of your order.
