Agrimonium is a perennial plant, reaching 70cm in height, with reddish and fluffy shoots. It is a native plant of the Northern Hemisphere. It is rich in catechins, flavonoids, coumarins and polysaccharides.
Properties:
It is astringent and heals wounds, swellings, bruises, sprains and skin diseases.
It is a diuretic, suitable against nephritis and hematuria, helps with kidney stones and gout.
Used to control blood sugar levels.
It is beneficial in diseases of the throat and mouth such as inflammation of the mouth, cold sores, sore throat, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and laryngitis.
