Description
Artichoke is a perennial vegetable of the Asteroid family that grows in the shape of a bush and reaches a height of about 1.5 meters.
Contains calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, manganese, potassium, cynarin, dog mites, inulin, kynaropectin, taraxasterol, phenolic acids (up to 2%) and volatile oil. In addition, artichoke is considered valuable as a food because it contains plenty of water, protein, many carbohydrates and low fatty acids, while it is a rich source of various vitamins (A, B1, B2, C).
Properties:
- Reduces the proliferation of cancer cells in many different forms of cancer, including prostate cancer, leukemia and breast cancer.
