Description
Flaxseed has been cultivated for about 7,000 years and is particularly popular for its fibers and linen production.
The seeds are small oval with a brown color and a subtle sweet taste. They are rich in omega-3 and mainly a-linoleic acid, proteins, magnesium, phosphorus, copper, manganese, fiber and vitamin B6.
