Beluga lentils are extremely delicious, they are described as the caviar of lentils, and one of their properties is that they are more easily digested than classic lentils.

Beluga lentils do not need to be soaked overnight. Wash them and put them in double the amount of water without salt to boil on low heat for 20-30 minutes depending on how we like them. We take them out, add oil and salt and eat them. We can also throw in small pieces of tomato, parsley and olives or mix them with other salads such as a green salad.

We can use them as a garnish. Their uses are many and extremely tasty.
