Description
Rosemary is an aromatic, shrubby plant and is a typical species of the Mediterranean flora. It is used in cooking as a seasoning and for the production of infusions, in the food and cosmetics industry, as well as in aromatherapy.
Use it to flavor grilled meats, especially lamb or chicken, to sauté vegetables in the pan, fish in the oven, marinades, sauces, mushrooms, chickpeas, lentils, snails puffed in the pan. Put some rosemary on the barbecue grill and cook whatever you want on top.
