Kombucha tea is a refreshing, very tasty and very tonic concentrated carbonated soft drink from green tea, 12 herbs and berries!

It is a fermentation product (yeast) in a solution of green or black tea, sugar and alcohol (0.5%).

Kombucha, as a fermentation product, contains bacteria with high nutritional value, enzymes and vitamin C and all of the B complex (mainly B1, B2, B6 and B12).

It is rich in amino acids (structural components of proteins) and organic acids, such as lactic acid that regulates the function of the digestive system, acetic acid that inhibits the growth of pathogens and glucuronic acid which has detoxifying properties.

It has a wonderful taste and detoxifies body and mind.

It is very common in Asian countries where it is considered an elixir of youth and is drunk as a beneficial drink.
