White Quinoa Seeds (500gr) - Organic Product
Quinoa is a pseudo-cereal derived from a shrub native to Peru and Bolivia. Its fruit resembles cereals, while in taste and texture it resembles nuts.
Because it does not contain gluten, it can be consumed without fear by those who have celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

How to use:
- It is cooked like rice. Use twice the amount of water from the quinoa. The ratio goes 1: 2, ie for each cup of quinoa, use two cups of water. One cup of raw quinoa gives three cups of cooked quinoa. It is good to rinse the quinoa before cooking. Put it in a colander under the tap and let the water run for a while.
