Pink pepper is the fruit of a shrub that has nothing to do with the plant from which we get our famous black pepper. It is less hot than other types of peppers and has sweet aromas.
It is used in recipes for fish, soups, vegetables, but also in combination with other pepper seeds to give a colorful mixture, while it is also used in tea.
