Description
Coriander is a plant that looks very much like parsley, but its taste is reminiscent of parsley, celery and lemon. Its seeds are round with beige-brown color.
It goes well with recipes with lemon, in soups, with poultry, rice, couscous, grilled fish, legumes, sauerkraut, pickles, sauces, meats, marinades, salads and omelets.
