Carolina Reaper is a variety of pepper, originating from Taiwan, which is among the 3 hottest in the world.
Pepper, fruity aromas, with a smoky note. In the mouth, the feeling of strong burning prevails, which begins a few seconds after we touch it to the tongue and lasts, with almost the same intensity, for several minutes. Its burning is about 300 times stronger than that of Tabasco sauce.
A minimal amount can transform sauces, marinades, soups and broths, as long as you like the very ... very ... very hot flavors!! It goes well with almost all spices and herbs, but especially with fats and lemon.
