Mastic is a natural tree resin, which grows only on the island of Chios.
Mastic has been shown to lower cholesterol and have a hepatoprotective effect, keeping triglyceride, uric acid, sugar and transaminases low.
It is an active ingredient in relieving stomach aches such as gastric disorders, indigestion, gastritis, and peptic ulcers.
Ingredients: Natural Chios Mastic (60%), Inulin * (39%), anti-caking: silica (1%) - Inulin is a fiber from radish roots and helps grow beneficial gut bacteria
Usage: Every morning, 15-20 minutes before breakfast, swallow 1gr of mastic powder (half a teaspoon). Mastic, even in powder form, does not dissolve in water.
