Description
With a characteristic sweet and warm aroma, fennel essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its beneficial effects on promoting relaxation.
Uses of Essential Oils:
Air Refreshener: One of the most common applications of essential oils is slow evaporating them, when heated in water in a diffuser. Essential oils diffuse in the air to affect the mood and the respiratory system, to clean the room from microbes, as also to refresh the atmosphere.
Steam Facial: For dull skin, add 2-3 drops of essential oil in boiling water to achieve detoxification of the skin and enlargement of resources, thereby preparing the skin for cleansing.
Inhalation: For respiratory problems, flu and pectoral diseases, add 2-6 drops of essential oil in one liter of hot water and inhale for about one minute.
Bathroom: With a few drops of essential oils, you achieve direct beneficial effect on the skin, as also the vascular system. Pour in a full bathtub 10-15 drops of essential oils, or in a short or half-full bathtub 6-12 drops. The residence time in the bath should not exceed the 20 minutes.
Foot Bath & Hand Wash: In a bowl of lukewarm water, add 6-8 drops of essential oil.
Compress: Add 4-5 drops of essential oils in a bowl of two liters of water. With a linen cloth or cotton compresses do hot for gynecological problems, rheumatism, cervical or cool for headaches, redness, swelling irritated skin and redness.
Fresh Water: In 100ml of distilled water, add 20 to 30 drops of essential oils. Store it 7-12 days in a dark place and then filter. Use it for dermatitis, skin toning, eczema and irritations.
Fragrances: In pure alcohol add essential oils preferably.
Massage: Add 10 drops of essential oil in 100 gr. vegetable oil (base). Select the correct base and other essential oils for mixing, according to their properties.
Hair: Use about 6 drops of the essential oil to rinse your hair, in cases of hair loss, dandruff, diseases of the scalp.
