Pure gelatin is a semi-solid and colorless substance. It is derived from collagen made by boiling animal connective tissue. It is a thickening agent and is used in both confectionery and cooking to thicken aqueous mixtures such as creams and sauces, while, depending on the amount we use, it can give us more "stable" mixtures, such as fruit jellies.
In addition to its usefulness in cooking, it is also a medicinal food, capable of preventing and curing various diseases.

Way to use:
150 g of edible gelatin is required for one month treatment In the evening, in a saucepan pour 20g gelatin (one tablespoon) in 500ml (1/2 Lit) cold or hot water, put it on the fire and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture dissolves but does not boil.
When the mixture is forgotten on the fire for a long time it will concentrate to a great extent.
If left in a cool place and left there overnight, in the morning the liquid will turn into a solid very tasty jelly.
In the morning, on an empty stomach, use the mixture plain or as a base in yogurt, muesli, cereals, fruit juice, in smoothies, in hot drinks, such as tea or coffee. For better taste add honey.
The duration of treatment is one month. Repeat again in 6 months. This is a way to restore the "lubrication" of the joints.
Not suitable for use with raw pineapple, kiwi and papaya.
