Yarrow herb is a perennial herb known since antiquity for its beneficial properties. It grows throughout the northern hemisphere in relatively high altitude soils.
Properties:
- It is very diuretic and helps with chronic diseases of the urinary system.
- Ideal aid for sore throat, cough, runny nose, fever.
- Cleanses the blood and increases bile secretion.
- It is an antioxidant and removes any toxins from the body.
- It has a vasodilating effect and contributes to the proper functioning of the cardiovascular system, lowers blood pressure and is therefore used in cases of varicose veins, varicose veins and hemorrhoids.
- Helps with dysmenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, vaginal bleeding and leukorrhea.

How to use: Put 1-2 teaspoons in a cup of warm water for 6-8 minutes. Strain and add if you wish sugar, honey or any sweetener of your choice.
