In modern herbal medicine, soapwort root is used both internally and externally to treat skin diseases. According to herbalists, chueni can help fight diseases such as psoriasis, eczema and acne.
How to use: Soak 3 tablespoons of soapwort root in a liter of cold water for 4-5 hours. Then boil on low heat for 10-12 minutes. We drink the decoction morning-noon-evening or we use it for making halva.
Soapwort root should not be consumed in large quantities and for a long time.
