Pink Rose Bud Tea

These little pink rose buds make a delicious herbal tea that can be enjoyed on its own or mixed with green or black tea.

They are also used for decoration, for flavoring drinks and desserts and in some cooking recipes. In Morocco, people grind them and put them into minced meat for aromatic meatballs.

How to use: Put 3-4 rose buds in a cup of hot water for 6-8 minutes. Strain and add, if desired, sugar, honey or any sweetener of your choice. Drink 2-3 times a day.
