Mint is an aromatic herb with a pleasant, delicate taste and several health benefits. Mint leaves contain various essential oils, such as menthol, menthone and limonene.


  • Helps with digestive problems such as gas, bloating, indigestion, flatulence, colic, diarrhea, irritable bowel syndrome and nausea.
  • It is ideal for inhalation in cases of nasal congestion and runny nose from colds and flu.
