Description
Gotu Kola or Sentella Asiatica is a small annual plant of the Mackinlayaceae family. It is endemic to certain regions of Asia such as India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Iran.
It has been used in Ayurveda for many thousands of years while in China it has been used for over 2,000 years and is referred to as "the miraculous elixir of life.
Properties:

- Stimulant of blood circulation especially in the extremities and brain.

- It strengthens memory and helps patients with Alzheimer's.
- Ideal for mental stimulation and for people with anxiety and depression.

How to use: Put 1 teaspoon in a cup of hot water for 6-8 minutes. We can drink up to 2-3 times a day.
