Description
Eucalyptus is a tree that has many species and belongs to the family Myrtaceae. It is one of the tallest trees in the world with a height of up to 90 meters, with small oval leaves.
Properties:
- Improves respiratory health as it has an expectorant effect and helps to remove excess phlegm and mucus from the sinuses and airways, eliminating the natural environment for the multiplication and spread of bacteria and other pathogens.

How to use:
- Infusion: Put 5-6 leaves in a cup of warm water for 6-8 minutes. Strain and add if you wish sugar, honey or any sweetener of your choice.
- Externally: Allow the infusion to cool and apply compresses to the affected area
- Inhalations: Put water in a saucepan and 10-15 eucalyptus leaves. When the water boils, remove the pot from the heat, put a towel on your head and take deep breaths.
Caution! Do not consume internally during pregnancy or lactation, by people with hypertension, suffering from epilepsy, asthma, liver and kidney disease, low blood pressure and children. The internal intake of eucalyptus should not exceed 2-3 weeks, because it can cause irritation to the kidneys.
